Open Workshop on trends in food and health, health claims and technological know-how on functional foods

EnRichMar project meeting will be organised on 19-20th of May and hosted by VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland Ltd, in Espoo Finland. In connection with the project, a workshop will be held with the aim to provide technological know-how on functional foods and their production, health claims for functional foods, and information on trends in food and health. Presentations will be given by selected experts in these areas from VTT. The topics in this workshop are of high relevance for the participating companies involved in EnRichMar, but will be open for everyone interested, free of charge. This open workshop will be organised on Tuesday 19th of May 2015, between 9.00 and 11.10 o’clock at VTT, Tietotie 2, Espoo (Otaniemi) (Seminar hall): http://www.vttresearch.com/Documents/contact_info/vtt_map_espoo.pdf (number 3 on the map).
